Real-estate developer ReUrbano has worked for over 10 years on rebuilding and revitalizing buildings and neighborhoods across Mexico, with a particular focus on central Mexico City. Aiming to reinvigorate historical neighborhoods, they work with renowned architectural firms such as Cadaval & Sola-Morales to preserve a building’s structural and aesthetic integrity, while keeping the focus on equitable and sustainable growth. In this way, ReUrbano is able to maintain the “heritage blueprint” of the city while bringing new life to its individual buildings.
This publication reviews the past decade of ReUrbano’s work, tracing the firm’s process, from planning to securing investments to the ultimate development of their urban projects.
