Anna Boghiguian (born 1946) is one of Egypt’s foremost artists, known for her artist’s books and papier mache-based installations and sculptures. This publication presents Boghiguian’s recent installations alongside texts reflecting on her practice.
A Short Long History offers a complete visual overview of five recent installations by Anna Boghiguian. The rich visual material is complemented by essays by Quinn Latimer and Sven Lütticken that delve deeper into the literary, historical, and political-economic interests of the artist and explore how she makes them present into her work.
